An experience designed for groups of 5 to 10 people looking for fresh air and slow time. We spend two days and one night between the hotel and the countryside of southern Loja: we visit a coffee farm and a property in the Tumianuma area with a full kilometre of mountain stream to explore —or simply to sit and look at the mountains.

In between there is coffee with Loja bread and a workshop to learn how to make bizcochuelos, Loja’s best-loved sweet. We plan the menu to your taste: bring your own wine or enjoy ours.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1 · Morning · Arrival and breakfast

    Meet at the hotel and breakfast at La Campiña restaurant.

  2. Day 1 · Coffee farm

    Visit to a coffee farm in southern Loja and lunch.

  3. Day 1 · Night at El Cardenal

    Dinner with the menu agreed with the group and a night at the hotel.

  4. Day 2 · The Tumianuma stream

    A walk through a property with a kilometre of mountain stream; free time to explore or relax with mountain views.

  5. Day 2 · Loja coffee and bizcochuelos

    Coffee with Loja bread and a bizcochuelo-making workshop; lunch and return to the hotel.
